I was reading different techniques in using flash in photography. One of the best ones I've read so far is from a website:

The photographer posts alot of pictures and the different techniques he used on each one. Its amazing of how the photographer shares the experience he had taking each picture and describing the specific settings. I learnt alot, hopefully I can try it out in an upcoming event.
